PICTURES!
These are from my first trip to Mexico City.

In front of the Cathedral in the Zócalo with our guide.

Nice pic of the front of the Cathedral.

Picture of the Cathedral from the ruins we visited.

Ruins of an old pyramid right in the middle of Mexico City.

The group listening to the guide talk about the ruins.

Walking over to the Palacio Nacional.

An indian blessing a woman.. a weird mix of indian religion and christianity.

The Zócalo (Main Plaza) and the huge flag they have there.

The courtyard of the National Palace.

Stairway to the murals of Diego Rivera. My pictures of the murals didn´t turn out because we couldn´t use flashes.

The group walking over to the Cathedral.

The outside was really awesome. Unfortunately my pictures from the inside didn´t turn out, again because the problems I had without my flash.

Indians perform traditional dances in the Zócalo.

This flag was just so huge and amazing... the picture doesn´t really do it justice but the darkening sky makes for a great picture.
